This station is powered by our in-house developed full-flexible DC charging pile, delivering 600kW of output capacity - engineered to meet the growing demand for fast, efficient, and scalable EV charging in high-end residential settings.

Fully Matrix Power Distribution: Any power module can be dynamically allocated to any charging gun, enabling true on-demand energy scheduling.
Smart Energy Management: Supports multiple distribution strategies including demand-based, priority-based, and SOC-based allocation for optimized charging efficiency.
Dual-Gun High-Power Charging: Allows simultaneous charging with two guns, including cross-cabinet parallel charging - ideal for larger EVs or faster turnaround.
Liquid-Cooled Ultra-Fast Charging: Integrated liquid-cooling technology ensures stable performance under high load and reduces thermal stress.

From equipment delivery to system commissioning, our team executed a seamless installation. Here's a closer look at the on-site deployment:
1️⃣ Main Charging Cabinet Installation
With an IP54 enclosure rating, the main cabinet is built for outdoor installation - weather-resistant and compact enough to blend into the Tangchen Yipin environment without compromising on performance.
2️⃣ Flexible Terminal Configuration
The station features GB/T 2015-250A terminals, each supporting up to 250A output. Depending on real-time demand, the system can be configured with 16 to 24 output ports, ensuring multi-vehicle support without congestion.
3️⃣ Intelligent Control & Diagnostics
We deployed a CAN bus-based communication network for real-time control and high-speed data reliability. The system continuously monitors over 95% of internal components, with advanced fault diagnosis and precise error reporting - drastically reducing maintenance complexity and downtime.

High Efficiency & Power Factor: ≥95% system efficiency and ≥0.99 power factor for lower energy loss and greener operation.
Wide Output Voltage Range: 150–1000VDC - compatible with a broad range of EV models.
Comprehensive Safety Protections: Includes over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, and surge protection.
All-Climate Adaptability: Operating temperature from -20°C to +65°C with automatic derating above 50°C; altitude tolerance up to 2000m (with derating up to 3000m).
